HOW TO ORDER

You can order by phone or email. All prices on the web page include Hungarian taxes and duties. A deposit of 10% of the purchase price is required to reserve a watch.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery is free of charge within Hungary. International delivery is 75 EUR for Europe and 110 EUR for rest of World. We use DHL express service which usually means next day delivery within EU. Any orders received after 2 pm on a Thursday will be despatched the following Monday.

If you are ordering from a country outside of Europe you may be liable to pay import duties from customs. You are responsible for additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.

All our watches are packed in a protective box and wrapped in bubble wrap.Please note that a signature will be required on delivery of goods.

You will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail, which will include your tracking number.

PAYMENT

All payments to qtwatches.com must be made by bank transfer or in cash, face-to-face in Hungary, if you prefer.

INSURANCE AND LOST GOODS

All goods remain the property and responsibility of qtwatches.com until delivered to the specified delivery address. Items are insured against theft and accidental damage.

RETURNS

We hope that you love your new watch, but if you wish to return it we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 7 days from receipt of the watch. All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged or otherwise not in their undamaged, original packing.

GUARANTEE

We take great pride in delivering fine quality watches. In the unlikely event that a watch does not live up to our high standards, we will make every effort to solve the problem.

All our watches come with a 12-month warranty, by purchasing from us you agree to our warranty and returns agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions.
