Delivery is free of charge within Hungary. International delivery is 125 EUR for Europe and 150 EUR for rest of World. We use DHL express service which usually means next day delivery within EU. Any orders received after 2 pm on a Thursday will be despatched the following Monday.
If you are ordering from a country outside of Europe you may be liable to pay import duties from customs. You are responsible for additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. All our watches are packed in a protective box and wrapped in bubble wrap.Please note that a signature will be required on delivery of goods.
You will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail, which will include your tracking number.
RETURNS
We hope that you love your new watch, but if you wish to return it we are happy to offer an exchange or returnsd within 14 days from receipt of the watch. The watch must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as it left us, otherwise we will not be able to refund your money. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged!
Please do not use the leather strap until you are completely sure you want to keep the watch, otherwise we will have to charge you for the cost of the strap.
The watch should be returned by a tracked and insured method, please take out adequate insurance.
