PAYMENT & DELIVERY
PAYMENT
We accept payment by direct bank transfer (including TransferWise or Revolut) in HUF or EUR. Payment in cash at the time of collection is also possible
DELIVERY
Delivery is free of charge within Hungary. International delivery is 75 EUR for Europe and 110 EUR for rest of World. We use DHL express service which usually means next day delivery within EU. Any orders received after 2 pm on a Thursday will be despatched the following Monday
If you are ordering from a country outside of Europe you may be liable to pay import duties from customs. You are responsible for additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
All our watches are packed in a protective box and wrapped in bubble wrap.Please note that a signature will be required on delivery of goods.
You will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail, which will include your tracking number.
WARRANTY & EXCLUSIONS
WARRANTY
All our watches come with a 12-month warranty, by purchasing from us you agree to our warranty and returns agreement.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the watch after it has left our premises, this includes a broken glass, water damage (if it is vintage watch) or other damage caused by yourselves or faults arising from original manufacture and design components. Vintage watches are not guaranteed as water resistant under warranty unless the timepiece is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not recommend immersing your vintage watch into water.
Our warranty does not cover the cost of repairs to your watch by any other watch repair workshop for whatever reason.
RETURNS
We hope that you love your new watch, but if you wish to return it we accept returns within 14 days from receipt of the watch. If you wish to return your watch please contact us.
All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged or otherwise not in their undamaged, original packing.
Please do not use the leather strap until you are completely sure you want to keep the watch, otherwise we will have to charge you for the cost of the strap.
The watch should be returned by a tracked and insured method, please take out adequate insurance.
Sorry, but we are unable to refund postage costs. We do not accept returns for watches purchased in person, however we do offer an exchange service.
